Faith and the support of my family and friends have been the cornerstone of my life, guiding me through moments of uncertainty and allowing me to overcome any obstacles I face. 

For the things I have wanted most in life, I worked hard and took the right steps to ensure they happened. With the support of those closest to me, I knew I could achieve anything I set my mind to. No matter what hurdle I faced, I kept going, knowing that my determination would pay off. However, when it came to finding a life partner, I had to rely on my faith, trusting God would bring them into my life.

For most of my life, I have been the type of person who knows exactly what they want. I vividly remember in second grade, during career day, I raised my hand and declared, "I’m going to sell houses!" As a kid, I thought selling homes seemed fun, and that idea continued to evolve as I grew up and saw the value in helping people find a place to call home.

My parents have been my ultimate role models in life. My father had a long career in sales, which was partially what inspired me to become a REALTOR®. I wanted independence and limitless opportunities to achieve whatever I set out to do. Additionally, my parents’ relationship was something I aspired to have. They support one another through every up and down in life as true equals – true partners. They set the standard for me, showing I could be independent while also having a husband who enhanced my life and encouraged me in every endeavor.

When I jumped into real estate, I was met with many challenges that I happily took on. For the first few years, I worked a full-time job while growing my real estate career. It was a balancing act with moments of frustration where I wished my career could grow faster. However, I knew how important it was to develop genuine relationships with people, and that doesn’t happen overnight. Trust is earned over time by continuously showing my commitment to those I serve.

Those years of trial and error were crucial to my success. As they say, it’s not a race, it’s a marathon. I needed to learn the industry through and through in order to offer the best services to my clients. When I was finally able to go full-time, it felt incredible to know I wasn’t taking a risk – I had already done the work to build a steady and reliable career for myself.

Just as patience defined my career, it has also been a defining factor in finding a life partner. My independence is something I deeply value. It was very important to me that I never settled, waiting patiently to meet the right person. My faith has been crucial through this journey. I placed this piece of my life in God’s hands, trusting the right person would come at the right time, and that is exactly what happened. 

In 2021, I met Phil, my husband, while we were both staying at our respective beach homes. We likely never would have crossed paths if not for this. Right away, I saw how Phil complimented me and had the same goals and values in life. Waiting for the right person was, indeed, worth every moment. 

We are now in the process of starting a family, and I am so excited to start this new chapter of my life. One of my favorite things in life is being an aunt to my amazing nieces and nephews, and now, I can’t wait to be a mother too! I feel so much gratitude for this incredible life; faith, family and serving others are at the core of who I am and what I value most.
